Rachelle is outstanding when we at CHRISTUS HEALTH called she came running we truly appreciate her and SERVPRO for helping us when we needed it!

Tyler Building Coordinator I have been in the customer service industry for the majority of my life, with a stint as first contact at a major car dealership for 20 years. I always provide customer service above and beyond, no matter the situation. In these changing times, I have a hard time finding proper customer care and concern for the customer thru out the process but the crew that we dealt with from Tyler SERVPRO surpassed any expectations that I had coming into this transaction. Rachelle and her crew contacted me in route, as they got close to campus and kept me abreast of arrival, break and departure times. This may seem like meaningless things to a layman but when you have several projects going at one time like I do, it is like have a SERVPRO schedule at your beck and call. Your staff, admin and crews are courteous, kind and considerate of time restraints. They went thru the process step by step and asked me to ask questions. SERVPRO Tyler has no idea how easy of a week I had on my job because of Rachelle and the crew doing their job. Performance, courtesy, patience and persistence were things I thought my people on my team and along with plenty of communication, the rest will take care of itself. One good experience on one day is odd in today’s service market but I had the experience for several days I’ve most of a week and that isn’t just a great day, it is a great crew of people. Thank you several times I’ve and we hope to do further business with you again. Awesome job guys.

We received excellent service from Rachelle at SERVPRO. Rachelle made sure we had the equipment we needed to run effectively. She checked on us frequently and was always an absolute pleasure to text with, talk to, hear from and see. Rachelle along with Dennis kept my company running during a pandemic.

Had an issue at a couple of residential duplexes In Tyler and called SERVPRO to take care of the issue. Rachelle and her team came out within the hour of calling and started working immediately. They were very impressive and will use them again with no doubt. Awesome people. Thanks SERVPRO.
