Flooding

Customer was involved in the August 2016 flooding in Louisiana that affected Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. This customers home flooded due to excessive amounts of rain, the lake waters rose. Despite their efforts to place sand bags in front of the home, flood waters penetrated the structure, leaving about two inches of water to sit in the home until the flood waters receded enough to allow the customer to visit the home. Due to the water being significantly contaminated and by request of the customer, our crews demoed the floors and walls throughout the home, leaving only bath fixtures in place, preparing the area for reconstruction.
