Flooding From Excessive Rain

This customer was involved in the August 2016 flooding in Louisiana that affected Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. Due to the excessive amounts of rain that stayed in the area for days, rivers, creeks and drainage lines overflowed causing major water losses throughout the area. SERVPRO called on SERVPRO of Tyler for assistance during this time.  This customer suffered a loss with flood waters rising in the home over three inches, creating warping and contamination of structural materials. Our crew arrived on site and demoed the home, disposing of the affected materials, and preparing the home for reconstruction.
