Mold Growth Caused By Flood Waters
Customer was selling a vacant restaurant building when the building flooded during a spring storm. Standing water sat in the facility for a few weeks before anyone was able to get to the location to check on it. At that time, growth had begun to grow throughout the restaurant on many different surfaces. After finding the growth, an industrial hygienist issued a protocol, and remediation began. The project spanned a week and the crew was able to remediate the growth, clean materials, and get the restaurant back into condition for construction and a final sale. The building sold shortly after our completion.
